AVEAD Construction is based in Bellevue, Washington, at 3600 136th Pl SE, Ste 300, and from there we serve homeowners across the greater Eastside. Being centrally located on the Eastside means we are close to the communities we serve, which makes it easy to meet with you, assess your home, and stay responsive throughout your project, an underrated advantage when you want a builder who can be present and attentive rather than driving in from far away.

Yes, we offer in-home consultations, and for most remodeling projects they are essential rather than optional. While a great deal can be discussed over the phone, remodeling decisions ultimately depend on the specifics of your actual space: its dimensions, its structure, its existing plumbing and electrical systems, how natural light moves through it during the day, and how you actually use it. Seeing your home in person allows us to give you accurate guidance and a realistic estimate rather than a generic ballpark, and it is by far the surest way to catch the details that shape a project's scope, feasibility, and cost before they become surprises.

During an in-home consultation, we will walk through the space with you, talk about your goals and how you would like to use the finished area, discuss what is realistic for your budget, and identify any structural or practical considerations early, things like load-bearing walls, the location of existing systems, or conditions specific to your home that could affect the plan. It is a genuinely useful and low-pressure conversation, valuable whether you are ready to start soon or still in the early stages of exploring what is possible. Many homeowners come away with a much clearer sense of direction even before any formal proposal.

Meeting in person also lets us tailor our advice to your particular home and neighborhood.
