Manufacturer warranties vary by product and supplier and are governed by the terms established by the manufacturer—not AVEAD Construction.

We assist our clients by providing relevant warranty documentation when applicable and by offering guidance should a manufacturer-related issue arise. While AVEAD does not control manufacturer warranty coverage, we work closely with trusted suppliers and reputable brands known for reliability, performance, and support.

What Our Warranty Covers

Our warranty coverage applies specifically to workmanship performed by AVEAD Construction under the agreed scope of work. This includes installation-related issues directly resulting from construction methods or execution. Covered items are evaluated based on normal use conditions and proper homeowner maintenance.

Warranty service does not extend to issues caused by misuse, lack of maintenance, third-party alterations, natural settling, or conditions outside of our control. Normal wear and tear, cosmetic aging, and environmental factors are not considered workmanship defects and are therefore excluded from coverage.
