Every project we complete is backed by a five-year workmanship warranty, a commitment that goes well beyond the industry norm and reflects the confidence we have in the quality and durability of our work. A warranty is more than a document; it is a statement about how a company builds and whether it stands behind what it delivers.

A workmanship warranty covers the quality of the work we perform, the craftsmanship and installation. If an issue arises from how the work was done, that is what the warranty addresses. This is distinct from manufacturer warranties, which separately cover the products themselves, appliances, fixtures, and materials each carry their own manufacturer coverage, and we help you understand those as well.

Offering five years of workmanship coverage is deliberate and meaningful. Many contractors offer a year or less, if anything. We extend it to five because we build correctly beneath every finish, the structural work, waterproofing, and systems that determine whether a remodel lasts, and we are confident it will hold up. A warranty is only as good as the company standing behind it, and after more than twenty years serving the Eastside, we intend to be here to honor ours.
